1. How to Book Your Pass

Passes for Satrang Enterprises (Satrang) Navratri events can be booked directly through our website or via our authorised ticketing partner. Select your preferred pass type, complete the payment, and your booking confirmation along with your e-pass will be sent to your registered email/phone number.

2. Pass Types

• Single Day Pass – valid for one evening of Garba & Dandiya Raas.
• Season Pass – valid for the full Navratri season.
• Couple/Group Passes – subject to availability, priced as per the current booking window.

3. Age & ID Requirements

All attendees must carry a valid government-issued photo ID matching the details used at the time of booking. Entry for minors is permitted only when accompanied by a parent or guardian, as per event guidelines.

4. Entry & Timing

Gates open before the 07:00 PM Garba start time. We recommend arriving early to avoid queues at the entry and security check.

5. What’s Included

Your pass grants entry to the Garba & Dandiya Raas ground for the selected day(s). Food, beverages, and traditional attire are not included unless explicitly mentioned in your pass category.

6. Group & Corporate Bookings

For group or corporate bookings above a certain number of passes, please contact us directly at satranggroup.26@gmail.com for assistance and available offers.

7. Important Notes

• Passes are non-transferable once issued in a specific attendee’s name, where applicable.
• Re-entry may not be permitted once you exit the venue, unless stated otherwise.
• Management reserves the right to modify booking terms without prior notice.
