1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing a ticket/pass for any Satrang Enterprises (Satrang) event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or purchase a ticket.

2. Ticket Booking & Payment

All ticket bookings made through this website or our ticketing partner are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your pass. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Entry & Event Conduct

Entry to the event is permitted only on presentation of a valid ticket/pass and, where required, a valid photo ID.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee without refund for behaviour that is disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of venue rules.
Prohibited items (weapons, outside food/drinks, illegal substances, etc.) are not permitted inside the venue.
Attendees are expected to follow the event’s dress code and code of conduct as communicated by the organisers.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Tickets once booked are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if an event is cancelled by the organisers, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund. In case of postponement or rescheduling, the organisers will communicate the available options to ticket holders.

5. Changes to Event Schedule

The organisers reserve the right to change the date, time, venue, performers, or format of an event due to circumstances beyond their control.

6. Liability

Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. Satrang Enterprises (Satrang) and its organisers, sponsors, and venue partners shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Photography & Media

Photography and videography may take place during the event. By attending the event, you acknowledge that photographs or videos featuring you may be captured and used by Satrang Enterprises (Satrang) for event coverage, promotional materials, its website, and social media channels.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Satrang Enterprises (Satrang) and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or attendance at future events after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
