These Terms and Conditions, along with any policies referenced on this website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

2. Jurisdiction

Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to the use of this website, event bookings, payments, cancellations, or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mehsana, Gujarat, India, and no other courts shall have jurisdiction over such matters.

3. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or grievance, attendees and users are encouraged to first reach out to us directly at satranggroup.26@gmail.com so that we may attempt to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussion before either party pursues any formal legal action.

4. Compliance with Applicable Laws

All users of this website and attendees of Satrang Enterprises (Satrang) events are required to comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws, as well as venue rules and event guidelines communicated by the organisers. Any activity found to be in violation of applicable law may result in denial of entry, removal from the event, or other appropriate action, without any liability on the part of the organisers.

5. Limitation of Claims

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of this website, event booking, or attendance must be brought within a reasonable period, and in any case not later than ninety (90) days after the event or transaction in question, failing which such claim shall be deemed waived and barred. Our aggregate liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the relevant pass or service.

6. Force Majeure

Satrang Enterprises (Satrang) and its organisers shall not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform any obligation due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, war, riots, strikes, government orders or restrictions, power failure, or any other force majeure event. In such circumstances, obligations under these Terms shall be suspended for the duration of the event.

7. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8. Amendments to the Policy

We reserve the right to review, update, or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised ‘Last updated’ date, and continued use of the website or attendance at future events after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended policy.
